When we decided to offer our employees a little beyond the traditional drug and dental plan, we looked to Ten Star for guidance because we had already established a relationship with them through the Ten Star Employee Benefits Program.

Through the Financial Services division at Ten Star we learned that they had created an in-house Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan. The plan was attractive to us because of its design, flexibility and cost.

Rick Mamros met with myself and the Director of our company and explained the Group RRSP benefits in detail so we would better understand what was required by all in the event we decided to proceed with the Benefit program. Carla Stewart, director of operations at Ten Star came to meet our administrative team to explain the nuances of communications for the plan.

Rick was then invited to one of our Staff meetings to present the Group RRSP plan along with Jeff Yewer the compliance officer at Ten Star followed by a question and answer session. Rick then set up and met with our staff members individually since we have employees working in various sites throughout the GTA.

Rick and the Ten Star staff have been quick to respond to the inquiries from our office employees and we look forward to continuing the mutually beneficial relationship we have established and the future, working with Rick and his crew.
